Made of celery stuffed with a pineapple cheese spread
Ingredients:
- Celery, stalk, small, 5 - 15
- low fat cream cheese - 8 oz
- pineapple, crushed, canned, with juice, drained , drained - 8 oz
- paprika - 1 pinch
Instructions:
• Trim celery stalks, wash and dry thoroughly.]
• Combine cream cheese and pineapple. Spoon into celery and level with a knife.
• Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Cover and chill.
• Cut celery into 2 inch pieces and serve.
