Broiled catfish seasoned with lemon and Cajun spices.
Very easy to prepare and you can try any kind of fish to make the best of it.

- catfish fillets (wild) - 1 lb
- fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- cajun seasoning - 4 tbsp
- cooking spray - 4 tbsp
- medium lemons , sliced into wedges - 1
Get the boiler heated. Apply lemon juice both sides of fish. Drizzle cajun seasoning. Apply cooking spray on cooking pan and cook fish until it is fork flaky. Serve with lemon wedges.
