Mango Salsa Recipe
Some say hot peppers improves
your circulation if you have type 2 diabetes. This recipe is a little different,
but has the same basic ingredients.
The mango makes it a little less ideal for type 2 diabetes, but
overall it is good for type 2 diabetes and for those trying to lose
weight.
4 Dried Ancho
Chiles
Peppers
1 Mango diced. Take out seed.
2 Long Skinny Red peppers, roasted
and peeled
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
Boil
ancho chiles for
about 15 minutes. Roast red
peppers in a pan until they start turning spotty. Take all ingredients and put in a
blender or food processor for 1 to 3 minutes.
