Ingredients
1 tea spoon olive oil
1 medium clove of garlic minced
˝ cup of red onion minced
1-1 1/2 pounds of broccoli
˝ cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Heat a skillet, add olive oil add the garlic and
onion, and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Add the broccoli and broth.
Cover for about 6 minutes.
Uncover and add lemon juice and zest. Turn heat off and let it sit for
about 1 minute. Serves about
